Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory or distribution roles.
• Ability to operate computer systems to log movements and checks.
• Meet customer credentialing requirements and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and log damaged, defective, shortages, and expired items.
• Check inventory records for product availability.
• Prepare and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for specs and usage.
• Maintain cleanliness of supplies, tools, and storage areas for safety.
• Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse teams to expedite deliveries.
• Investigate customer complaints and track service levels.
• Assist internal teams with alternative product obtainment when needed.
• Organize and move goods from/into stock from multiple sources.
