R & S Maintenance Service is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to own the parts inventory for our diesel repair operations. You will manage the day-to-day flow of parts, supplies, and materials, and ensure the service team has what it needs to get the job done.
Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, ordering before shortages, coordinating purchases with suppliers, organizing storage, tracking receipts and returns, and reducing waste.

We're looking for an Inventory Manager who can take ownership of our parts inventory, keep stock organized, and make sure our service team has what it needs to get the job done.
You'll manage the day-to-day flow of parts, supplies, and materials used in our diesel repair and maintenance operations.

We're looking for someone with 3 or more years of experience in inventory management, automotive parts, warehouse operations, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.
Experience with diesel trucks, commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, or repair-shop inventory is helpful, but it isn't required.
You should be comfortable using inventory software, maintaining accurate records, communicating with suppliers, and managing several priorities throughout the day.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required; additional training or a college degree is welcome but not necessary with relevant experience.
Parts are easy to locate. Inventory records are reliable. Orders arrive when they're needed. Technicians spend less time waiting for supplies, and the shop avoids unnecessary costs.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in keeping those details under control and understands how good inventory management supports the entire operation.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
