Job summary

Whiteface Customs is seeking an Inventory Manager in Hereford, TX to own parts, accessories and build materials accuracy, organization, and readiness for scheduled truck builds.

You will receive, count, label, and organize items, maintain records, run cycle counts, and coordinate with sales, purchasing, and shop teams to prevent bottlenecks. A bilingual English/Spanish communication requirement is noted.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, parts, warehouse operations, receiving, purchasing support, or closely related role.
• Strong record of accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfort using inventory software, spreadsheets, scanners, or similar business systems.
• Ability to investigate a mismatch rather than work around it.
• Clear communication with shop, office, sales, and vendor teams.
• Familiarity with automotive, truck, equipment, agricultural, or industrial parts is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, label, and organize incoming parts and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate differences between the system and the shelf.
• Run regular cycle counts and establish dependable location/ labeling standards.
• Pull and stage the right parts for scheduled builds before work begins.
• Communicate shortages, damaged items, and reorder needs early to protect the schedule.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, the shop, and shipping so everyone uses the same count.
• Keep build-shop stock and online-resale/warehouse stock in clearly separated pools.
• Improve day-to-day process for receiving, storage, transfers, returns, and completed-job reconciliation.

Inventory Manager — Whiteface Customs

The role

Whiteface Customs is hiring an Inventory Manager to keep parts, accessories, and build materials accurate, organized, and ready when the shop needs them. This is a hands-on operations role for someone who can own the count, catch discrepancies, and keep inventory from becoming a bottleneck for scheduled truck builds.

Whiteface Customs is a growing truck-upfit shop in Hereford, Texas. The team sells and installs truck beds, service bodies, towing equipment, lighting, suspension, wheels, tires, and other accessories. Accurate inventory matters because a missing or misplaced part can hold up an entire build.

Compensation and benefits

• Expected annual compensation: $60,000–$70,000, based on experience.
