Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly motivated Permanent Inventory Manager to join our growing team in the United States. The role focuses on overseeing the entire inventory process, implementing RFID manufacturing tracking, and coordinating with warehouse and finance for accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in inventory management, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software. CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related role.
• Proven experience in RFID Manufacturing, manufacturing accounting, and financial reporting.
• Exceptional knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage large data sets, and meet deadlines.
• CPIM or CSCP certification considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making support.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy, identify discrepancies and propose solutions to improve performance.
• Forecast future inventory needs and make purchasing recommendations.
