Job summary

Moxie Pest Control is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee stock for multiple locations and ensure efficient supply chain operations. You will manage inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with vendors to maintain cost-effective stock of pest control products and equipment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in inventory management, and proficiency with inventory software and G-Suite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 2+ years inventory management experience.
  • Knowledge of inventory principles, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Generate customized product plans for multiple locations considering state and federal requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of pest control products, equipment, and supplies.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss, theft, and waste.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure pest control products and supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Negotiate pricing, rebates and terms with suppliers to optimize inventory costs.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to analyze inventory data and forecast demand.
  • Develop inventory replenishment strategies to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Anticipate seasonal fluctuations and market trends to optimize inventory planning.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of inventory items by implementing quality control measures and inspections.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and other KPIs.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee the inventory management process at Moxie Pest Control. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a thorough understanding of inventory management principles, and experience in the pest control industry.

Responsibilities
  • Generate customized product plans for multiple locations taking into consideration state and federal product regulatory requirements
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of pest control products, equipment, and supplies.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss, theft, and waste.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure pest control products and supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to analyze inventory data and trends to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the pest control industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and G-Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
