Description

As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all inventory-related operations within our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate inventory tracking, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implementing effective inventory management strategies. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally will contribute to our overall success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs
  • Monitor and manage inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed purchasing decisions
  • Collaborate with various departments to determine inventory needs and develop inventory replenishment plans
  • Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, including cycle counting and physical inventory audits
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and evaluate supplier performance
  • Service walk-in customer needs.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in inventory management or related roles (Preferred)
  • Proficient in inventory management software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of best practices in inventory control and management
