Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively across organizational levels with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated client service experience, especially with internal customers.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proactive with solutions.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; Oracle e-Business Suite preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate-level support and training to Inventory Management Team and field staff.
• Plan and assist tailored company-wide training on inventory management processes and Oracle inventory module.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on inventory management guidance, processes, and policies; Oracle inventory module program.
• Interact with management and field personnel to identify trends and recommend efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, IT, and other functions to resolve inventory issues.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations for KPIs; assist with implementing new processes.
• Assist with routine inventory management process audits.
