Qualifications

• 3+ years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory, or data entry.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and close maintenance work orders using the MVP One system.
• Generate and manage preventative maintenance schedules each week.
• Purchase, track, and expedite materials and supplies for the maintenance team.
• Maintain inventory levels for spare parts and supplies.
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain an approved vendor list.
• Coordinate with vendors for facility services.
• Process returns for damaged materials and ensure documentation.
• Organize manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Order and stock campus-wide supplies.
• Collaborate with team members across departments.
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
