The Inventory Maintenance Coordinator is a support position assigned to the Central Distribution Department within Supply Chain Management. In this role, you'll work closely with clinical teams to streamline supply processes, reduce inefficiencies, and support our ultimate mission: better patient outcomes. You'll be the critical link that empowers clinicians to focus on patients, not logistics and supplies.
Will serve as the Supply Chain Operations Team's primary contact between the patient care staff assigned to one of the following areas: Nappi, 550 Harrison, UHCC, Distribution, MMW Nurse Managers, Purchasing, Children's Pavilion, and in both inpatient and outpatient areas.
Are you:

Associates degree and 3 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus strong organizational, written/oral communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
Hospital or Healthcare experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft applications to include excel. Ability to draw needed information from data systems already in place.
Monday - Friday: 7:00 am -3:30 pm, weekends and holidays as needed
May also need to fill in at other Upstate locations based on Department needs.
