MEI Group USA is seeking a dependable Vehicle Lot Coordinator in Arlington, TX to maintain the organization of the Repo, Trade-In, and Wholesale vehicle areas. You will receive units from transporters, document details, and assist with inventory audits while ensuring accurate location and records.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles.
• Experience with manual transmission is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Occasional outdoor work and walking the lot.

Mansioni

• Maintain the organization and condition of the Repo, Trade-In, and Wholesale sections of the property.
• Organize repossessed vehicles according to the date of repossession.
• Receive vehicles from transporters and ensure proper accounting on arrival.
• Prepare vehicles for inventory walks by documenting relevant vehicle information.
• Obtain and record vehicle mileage accurately.
• Inspect vehicles and report general condition and any concerns.
• Jump-start vehicles to retrieve mileage or details when needed.
