Steves & Sons, Inc. in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an experienced Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership, a track record of accuracy and efficiency improvements, and substantial experience in ERP-based inventory management and logistics coordination. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or logistics coordination.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory control processes, and transportation coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate shipping, receiving, truck scheduling, load planning, and transportation logistics.
• Verify incoming materials and shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP and inventory management systems.
• Supervise, coach, and train team members while promoting safety, accountability, and efficiency.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve warehouse operations and freight costs.
• Monitor inventory levels to meet operational needs while minimizing discrepancies.

Description

We are seeking an experienced Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong inventory management experience, a hands-on leadership style, and a proven ability to drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and inventory adjustments.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, truck scheduling, load planning, and transportation logistics.
