Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced inventory professional in Pittsboro, NC to manage and optimize our warehouse inventory and related systems.

The role involves daily hands-on tasks, data analysis of inventory reports, and collaboration with procurement and receiving teams to ensure accurate stock levels. The position requires 5+ years in planning, supply chain, inventory management or logistics, plus a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, inventory management or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains inventory system; upgrades to related database and/or software under supervision.
• Assesses inventory reports and order patterns to identify items for automatic, recurring delivery.
• Provides inventory reports to receiving supervisor and procurement teams.
• Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
• Maintains consistent stock of inventory.
• Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
• Assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes through continuous improvement mindset.
• Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
• Assists with periodic physical inventory audits.
• Operates material handling equipment (forklifts, telehandlers, hand trucks).
• Maintains a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
• Places materials at point of use in the warehouse environment.
• Maintains OSHA compliance and follows safety procedures.
• Actively maintains 5S principles in the work area.
• Performs other related duties as required.
