Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supports and assists activities within multiple warehouse and inventory control disciplines across the Supply Chain and Production processes
• Primarily responsible for manual and automated inventory control actions
• Performs and monitors administrative (and procedural application) of inventory control
• Assist with tagging and inventory control for company owned Capital property and Customer/Government property
• Analyzes reports and records activities, reports inefficiencies to supervisors and recommends corrective actions to improve operations
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
• Count, weigh, and record materials moved or handled in an ERP system
• Support / complete monthly, quarterly, yearly inventory audits
• Inspects and identifies property. Inspects conditions of property received
• Performs shelf-life inspections of stock
• Prepares statements of facts surrounding property loss, damage, or destruction
• Able to spend considerable time standing, bending, and walking in warehouse
• Holds ability to handle items (45 lbs.) using proper lifting techniques and material handling aids
• Ability to prioritize and multitask daily workload
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
