Job summary

SAIC in Crane, IN, supports the U.S. Navy CTN project with logistics management. The role focuses on inventory control, procurement, and material handling to ensure asset accountability and readiness for operations.

You will handle documentation, data entry, and coordination with internal teams to maintain accurate records and compliant shipping for classified and hazardous materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years of experience; Master’s with 1+ year.
• Must be able to obtain a full Secret clearance; Interim Secret to start.
• US citizenship required; strong communication skills needed.
• Attention to inventory accuracy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track inventory of government assets and GFE.
• Prepare shipping/receiving documentation and NAVSUP assets data.
• Update Excel and Access databases for incoming/outgoing material.
• Dispose of expired Hazmat per project procedures.
• Support monthly CDRL inventory and reporting.
• Coordinate with SAIC East Gate for procurement and requests.
