Job summary

Paylocity in the United States is seeking a warehouse associate to move pallets, manage inventory, and support distribution between sites. You will handle cycle counts, loading vending machines, and staging materials for production.

The role emphasizes keeping the inventory room organized, accurate documentation, and safe forklift operation, with a focus on timely, friendly service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory
• Experience in Lean/Agile delivery environment
• Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, etc.)
• Forklift certification preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Cycle counting inventory to ensure proper stock in the system
• Running and reading reports to track inventory
• Loading MSC vending machines to proper fill amounts at both sites
• Staging the production floor with the necessary quantity and products in proper staging areas
• Continuous improvement in organization and cleanliness of inventory room
• Stocking production with the necessary products and amounts between both sites
• Deliver proper products to our customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Stocking inventory room with newly received items in proper locations and quantities
• Forklift duties (as assigned by dept. needs)
• Additions and withdrawals in our inventory tracking system
• Shipping and Receiving
• Receiving packages from Tesla as well as our receiving dock
• Entering packages into our inventory tracking system
• Shipping out necessary packages to desired locations quickly and efficiently
