Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support cycle counting and stockroom activities at our Elyria, OH facility. The role collaborates with production and logistics to verify counts, update the MRP system, and ensure accurate material availability for manufacturing.

You will perform receiving, shipping, and stock movements, identify parts, maintain organized records, and participate in lean events and 5S efforts to improve efficiency and accuracy across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year related product support experience.
• Forklift operator certification may be required and OSHA safety qualifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a cycle counting program and reconcile counts in the electronic system.
• Receive material, identify parts, and place stock in proper locations.
• Identify parts using travelers/blueprints and mark identification.
• Prepare parts for storage and fill orders according to part lists.
• Perform data input to update system records and support shipping/receiving.
• Maintain a clean, safe 5S compliant work area and participate in lean events.
