Qualifications

• Experience with MRP/II, lean, JIT, cellular manufacturing; APICS/CPIM preferred.
• Analytical, technical skills to improve business processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and materials management activities including supplier evaluation and price negotiation.
• Manage MRP/ERP data accuracy and production planning alignment.
• Monitor shipping/receiving performance and resolve discrepancies.
• Support lean initiatives and cost-reduction programs.
• Budget management for the department.
