Job summary

CAM Industrial Solutions LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Materials and Logistics Clerk to ensure accurate stock levels, maintain organized warehouse operations, and support efficient order processing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency with inventory systems, and the ability to resolve discrepancies promptly.

The role requires TWIC access, an associate degree in a related field preferred, and basic Excel skills; prior warehouse experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree preferred in business, logistics, or related field.
• TWIC card required to access site.
• Experience: None required; prior inventory/warehouse work recommended.
• Technical: Basic Excel skills; familiarity with inventory systems and barcode scanning is a plus.
• Core competencies: detail-oriented, organized, numerate, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Track and count inventory; perform cycle counts and audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update databases.
• Receive goods, inspect for damage, and coordinate dispatches.
• Investigate variances; address theft or loss; implement controls.
• Keep warehouse organized; label and store stock safely.
• Coordinate with vendors; obtain cost estimates and schedules.
• Enter data and generate stock reports for management.
