The role requires 2 years in inventory control or logistics, proficiency with inventory software and MS Office, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move items safely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records with computerized systems.
• Organize and execute regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.
• Implement and optimize inventory control procedures and policies.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational guidelines regarding inventory management.
• Assist with receiving, storage, shipping, and distribution activities as needed.
