Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Production Planning Analyst to act as the analytical backbone of the Planning & Analysis team. You will build models to allocate production capacity against demand and scale facilities while translating data into insights for performance improvements.

You will design cross-functional processes that connect commercial and production teams as we scale, with a focus on ownership, proactive issue surfacing, and delivering measurable results in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Strong data and analytical skills for building complex models.
• Experience in manufacturing analytics or cost analysis preferred.
• Ability to work with operational and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Resource & Capacity Planning (SIOP): Run the end-to-end Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process.
• Production Operations Analysis: Develop KPIs and insights to drive plant performance.
• Cost Estimating & Financial Analysis: Build tools for part cost estimation and pricing analysis.
• Cross-Functional Process Development & Improvement: Design and maintain scalable processes connecting business and production teams.
