Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• Three+ years in supply chain/logistics/warehouse.
• Two+ years managing direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of transportation/warehouse logistics operations (advanced).
• Strong knowledge of safety and security requirements (advanced).

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and expectations.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&A statements to determine profitability and provide reports.
• Oversee accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Hold safety and security meetings and provide safety training.
