Job summary

The position offers a salary range of $90,000–$97,000 with a 10% annual bonus eligibility, Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• P&L management and safe, compliant operations are required.
• Strong leadership and communication across teams and with customers.
• Experience with logistics or warehouse operations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly staff performance; ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet account needs.
• Oversee payroll processing for employees.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L to drive profitability and report to leadership.
• Manage accounts payable, supplier quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead Safety & Security meetings and deliver safety training.
