Job summary

Tampa Microwave in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Logistics/Inventory Control Manager to lead stockroom, shipping and receiving activities and collaborate with Procurement to support production.

This full-time role reports to the Director of Operations and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and parental leave, with an onsite 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5–10 years relevant experience.
• Strong ERP/inventory control knowledge and transaction processing.
• Lean, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma experience.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack and ship Small and large (palletized) shipments CONUS/International.
• Lead, supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate Inventory Control personnel.
• Manage stockroom, shipping and receiving activities and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-cutting initiatives.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Planning to ensure adequate inventory for production.
• Maintain high cleanliness and orderliness in all departments.
• Plan and execute cycle counts and report results.
• Monitor excess/obsolete inventory and disposal of items.
