Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with WMS/TMS/ERP preferred.
• Understanding of warehouse processes.
• Ability to interact professionally with vendors and customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Read, understand and follow safety instructions and warehouse documents.
• Strong English proficiency for reading, comprehension, and communication.
• Detail oriented for inventory management and task assignment.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with vendors and customers to track loads and provide delivery details.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting.
• Interpret report data to answer backorders and support quality initiatives.
• Update and share trends on metrics for team meetings.
• Follow safety protocols and promote a culture of safety and respect.
• Train others as needed and assist with troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• Use RF scanning and WMS/TMS/ERP software; operate PIT equipment as needed.
