Job summary

Diverzify+ is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage warehouse inventory, review orders, pull products, prepare shipments, and ensure on-time delivery. The role requires maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety guidelines across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Forklift Experience Required
• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Check-in and organize materials that come into the warehouse
• Mark the locations of the materials on the bills of lading
• Issue materials to installers for jobs and help load
• Keep track of any material balances left in the warehouse for a job
• Coordinate material authorizations with the purchasing agent and accounts payable
• Conduct periodic inventories/cycle counts
• Secure warehouse building and clean warehouse office
• Organize the warehouse and put away materials
• Maintain a neat and uncluttered warehouse
• Occasionally pick up materials from vendors
• Order supplies as needed
• Maintain company grounds
• Maintain warehouse equipment (i.e., forklift)
