Job summary

ADT is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage inventory, process orders, and document transactions in Oracle and the Perpetual Inventory system. The role supports CSB office operations and service installation teams.

Responsibilities include stocking, receiving, shipping, and ensuring SOX-compliant procedures while maintaining safe, organized warehouse practices and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3 years material handling/inventory control experience recommended.
• Experience with computerized perpetual inventory system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete online orders for hardware and other items for the CSB office; process purchase orders to maintain warehouse inventory.
• Ensure CSB warehouse is safe, organized, and compliant; take corrective action when needed.
• Use Perpetual Inventory to document transactions and reconcile physical vs. book inventory.
• Pull and issue hardware for installation/service jobs; replenish truck stock.
• Open shipments, verify parts, unpack, and route materials to accounts.
