Job summary

Atkore, based at the Cartersville Regional Distribution Center, is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to maintain inventory records, track orders, and manage cycle counts to support efficient operations. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in warehouse inventory, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP systems, MS Office, and inventory software.

Safety and accuracy are essential as you collaborate with accounts receivable and operations teams.

Qualifications

3–5 years inventory experience in a warehouse environment.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Proficient with computers, inventory software programs, Microsoft Office and local ERP software.
Strong attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies in inventory and finances.

Responsibilities

Maintain updated and accurate inventory records, including transfers and cycle counts.
Perform daily cycle counts to keep the RDC compliant.
Assist with adjustments to reconcile inventory in ERP system.
Track, sort, and label inventory as needed.
Support critical inventory tasks to ensure correct stock levels.
Maintain documentation and accurate paperwork.
Coordinate with accounts receivable to ensure transactions are properly recorded.
Generate data and trends to operations leadership to drive improvements to inventory.
Ensure safety guidelines are followed.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
