Job summary

The State of Oklahoma's Tulsa Center is seeking a Materiel Management Officer II for the Supply Department. The role includes receiving, issuing and shipping stock, inspecting items, and coordinating with the purchasing agent and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Minimum five years in supply/warehousing or an equivalent combination of education and experience; OSBI background check required and valid driver’s license; lifting up to 70 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in supply or warehousing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, issue, and ship stock and arrange it in storage locations.
• Inspect incoming items for conformance with specifications.
• Act as liaison to the agency purchasing agent/Central Purchasing and confer with department heads, vendors, and outside agencies on purchases, deliveries, and acceptability of supplies.
