Job summary

Abbott in Irving, TX is seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage warehouse inventory and material movement, ensuring accurate tracking of goods received, shipped and stored. The role supports production operations, analyzes inventory data, and maintains compliance with SOPs and quality systems.

The candidate will handle RMAs/MDOs, perform cycle counts, and generate reports while adhering to EHS policies and safety procedures in a 100% onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in material handling, inventory control, or material coordination.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage material movement within the warehouse and internal transfers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Track receiving discrepancies, shipping activities, and internal material movements.
• Process RMAs and MDOs, investigate inventory discrepancies, and support month-end close.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safety and SOP compliance.
