Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in material handling, inventory control, or material coordination.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and ERP modules.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage material movement within the warehouse and internal transfers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Track receiving discrepancies, shipping activities, and internal material movements.
• Process RMAs and material destruction orders.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, including variances and negative inventory.
• Perform stock sweeps and assist with cycle counts.
• Support month-end financial close activities.
• Maintain departmental metrics and generate reports.
• Utilize warehouse systems to track and analyze inventory data.
• Research historical inventory data and provide insights for business needs.
• Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of documentation.
• Handle dangerous goods in compliance with safety standards.
• Follow EHS policies and report incidents or risks.
• Participate in required training and maintain SOP/Quality compliance.
• Wear PPE and adhere to safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
