Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a quality systems coordinator in the United States. The role focuses on maintaining training matrices, records and written procedures for quality systems (SOPs, monthly training, etc.).

You will ensure SOPs are current, compliant documentation is maintained, and internal audit records are up to date. Responsibilities include auditing preparedness, reporting corrective actions, and investigating inventory variances across DC5 accounts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Experience with quality systems and documentation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure audit preparedness.
• Troubleshoot cases with issues.
• Update and maintain training matrix for all associates.
• Maintain Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems.
• Keep SOPs up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensure documentation and communication meet quality requirements.
• Maintain internal audit documentation.
• Report corrective actions and safety non-conformance.
• Assure inventory accuracy and compliance for DC5 accounts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Utilize SwissLog, SAP, PKMS, and Manhattan systems.
• Follow GMP and report noncompliance.
• Observe safety rules and assist enforcement.

Schedule

• Wednesday-Saturday
• 7:00pm-5:30am

Salary

• $23.00 per hour
• $2.00 Shift Differential for hours worked.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public.
• Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ration and percent and to generate and interpret graphs.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Through compliance (DMS or Corp Compliance) instruction, systematic completion of all associate training and recordkeeping of.
• Superior organizational skills are critical.
