Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Inventory Lead to operate MHEs, move and count stock, and ensure accuracy of cycle counts and inventory records. You will assist the supervisor in leading the inventory team, uphold safety, and maintain quality across the warehouse.

Strong data entry and familiarity with WMS are required. A GED or high school diploma and forklift training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE and work in warehouse temperatures.
• Forklift training certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate work and supervise inventory staff.
• Oversee shifts and evaluate inventory staff performance.
• Analyze daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Audit daily reports and correct variances.
• Generate monthly data from WMS reports.
• Assist with associate training and relations.
• Maintain safety, quality, and a clean work area.
