Oxford Lyons Distribution Center is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to provide operation support, supervise a team, and maintain optimal inventory levels. You will monitor attendance, manage stock levels, and ensure accuracy of records while partnering with the Inventory Control Manager on training and improving processes.

You will lead in cross-training, assist in performance evaluations, and support in achieving production goals.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Lead by example and maintain positive relationships across the organization.
• Assist in overseeing training, development, and daily workload prioritization.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new department staff.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.

• Reconcile shortages and collaborate to prevent future issues.
• Prepare internal/external reports daily.
