Job summary

GoBolt is seeking an Inventory Lead for our Buena Park, Los Angeles facility to oversee daily inventory control operations and ensure accurate, compliant receipt of products. You will liaise directly with a major client while maintaining high accuracy, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, reporting, and coordinating with receiving, fulfillment, procurement, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in inventory control/fulfillment with strong customer service.
• Experience with WMS and cycle counting methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• OSHA safety knowledge and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, and tracking of warehouse inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
• Analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Generate regular inventory reports for leadership and client.
• Coordinate with receiving, fulfillment, procurement, and customer service.
• Operate WMS, RF scanners, and other equipment.
• Maintain 5S processes and safety practices.
