Surya Inc. in North Carolina is seeking an Inventory Lead to maintain accurate records and support the movement of materials and finished goods across manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution.

You will perform cycle counts, audits, resolve discrepancies, manage ERP transactions, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, and Customer Service to ensure inventory accuracy and timely production.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Experience with cycle counts, audits, and inventory reporting.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components, WIP and finished goods.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and audits as assigned.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Process inventory adjustments and transfers in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, and Customer Service to ensure accuracy.
