Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years in inventory control, warehousing, or materials management, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of cycle counting, inventory procedures, and demand forecasting.
• Proficiency with WMS and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Leadership and team-building abilities; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train inventory control team on best practices for receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.
• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and optimize turns.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories; analyze variances and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory data; identify trends and provide insights on performance and risks.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to forecast demand and plan stock.
• Resolve discrepancies, damaged goods, and returns promptly; ensure system updates.
• Utilize WMS/ERP to track movement, generate reports, and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular inventory performance reports, including accuracy and shrinkage.
