Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3–5 years of work experience
• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification including Pallet Jack and Forklift
• Knowledge of SAP and warehouse processes
• Ability to work in a noisy, non-climate controlled environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, assist, and direct activities with the physical counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Assist in researching inventory discrepancies and ensure resolution
• Ensure inventory documentation and processes are completed, reviewed, and filed
• Analyze inventory information and communicate findings to management
• Train and lead inventory personnel and drive continuous improvements
• Support and motivate a team to deliver results and meet deadlines
• Implement continuous improvement methods while upholding safety and company values
