Responsibilities

• Lead, assist, and direct activities with the physical counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Assist in researching inventory discrepancies and resolve where possible.
• Ensure all inventory documentation is completed, reviewed, and filed appropriately.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and communicate findings to management.
• Train and lead inventory personnel and pursue continuous improvements.
• Communicate improvements with warehouse management, operations, and planners.
• Perform duties including pallet building when required.
• Motivate and guide a team to meet goals, safety practices, and deadlines.
• Engage teammates through coaching and training.
• Implement continuous improvement while upholding company values.
• Influence management on performance matters.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
