Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Lead Inventory Clerk in Beckley, WV. The role focuses on all warehouse inventory control processes, record accuracy, and leading physical count activities to meet all timing requirements.

The job includes training and supporting a team under the Warehouse Manager's guidance. You will work a split schedule across Bluefield and Beckley, ensuring inventory integrity, investigating discrepancies, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of work experience preferred.
• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification including Pallet Jack & Forklift required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, assist, and direct activities with the physical counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Assist in researching inventory discrepancies and ensure resolution when possible.
• Ensure all inventory documentation and processes are completed, reviewed, and filed.
• Analyze inventory information to identify trends affecting control and report to management.
• Train and lead inventory personnel and drive continuous improvement.
