Job summary

JobSource is seeking an Inventory Lead in Gardena, CA. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and experience supervising 25+ employees, with a work schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include daily workload planning, QC reporting with 48-hour shelf-turnaround, cycle counts, and ensuring timely replenishment and safe, organized aisles. Strong leadership and safety emphasis are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.

• Available to work 8:00 am–4:00 pm, Monday–Friday.

• Conduct cycle counts/audits daily to rectify inventory as needed.
• Manage productivity of employees.
• Maintain aisles and picking area clean and safe.
• Ensure no open boxes are in back stock.
• Provide a safe work area for all team members.
• Maintain communication between DC departments and the office.
• Double-check employees' work and paperwork inventory document control desk.
• Coach employees through mistakes and involve management for disciplinary actions.
• Maintain a positive attitude when speaking to all employees.

• In charge of making sure all products are being put away/replenished in a timely fashion..
• Conduct cycle counts/audits daily to rectify inventory as needed.
• Manage productivity of employees.
• Maintain aisles and picking area clean and clear of any safety hazards.
• Ensure no open boxes are in back stock.
• Provide a safe work area for all team members.
• Maintain Communication between DC departments and the office
• Double-check the employees' work when performing a task/project and submitting the paperwork inventory document control desk.
• Handle difficult situations with employees by coaching them through their mistakes and getting management involved whenever disciplinary actions must be taken.
• Maintain a positive attitude when speaking to all employees of the company.
