Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Inventory Specialist, Maintenance (Starlink) in Texas to manage inbound material, perform picking for development kits, and ensure inventory accuracy for Starlink projects. The role supports engineering teams and requires strong attention to material traceability and workflow efficiency.

The candidate should have 2+ years in inventory control, forklift capability, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years inventory control experience in a warehouse.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain backlog oversight to ensure material is received and delivered on time.
• Receive, store and issue raw materials and hardware for shop operations.
• Pick kits and ensure parts are available and accounted for.
• Interface with shipping, receiving, planning and QA to resolve material issues.
• Verify material against paperwork and ensure traceability.
• Maintain proper stock rotation and shelf-life management.
• Support audits, cycle counts, and housekeeping practices.
