Job summary

WebstaurantStore seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure data accuracy between our internal systems and physical counts. You will collaborate across departments to identify issues and implement proactive solutions that support our customers.

You will work independently within a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling cycle counts, adjustments, and equipment operation while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required.
• No formal degree required; relevant skills and experience valued.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Run reports to identify inventory issues and resolve problems.
• Investigate inaccuracies like misplaced stock during cycle counts.
• Perform inventory adjustments based on counts and ERP research.
• Use forklift equipment to replenish pick bins and manage overstock.
• Identify damaged inventory and maintain accurate levels.
• Ensure correct bin locations and safe warehouse operations.
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
