Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel.
• Plan daily activities with Warehouse Supervisor (receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping).
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Enforce SOPs for efficient operations.
• Utilize WMS and related software to track inventory and generate reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory.
• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist in receiving and inspecting shipments for damages.
• Organize products for easy accessibility and maintain neat workspace.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Report inventory shortages or discrepancies to supervisor.
