Job summary

System One is seeking an Inventory Associate II in Los Angeles, CA. This 6-month contract role requires operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, receiving shipments, and performing inventory control tasks. You will ensure accurate data entry, packaging, and labeling while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position supports continuous improvement in Fulfillment Center operations and requires strong problem solving and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ,2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, including receiving and inventory.
• -Safety is a top priority; adhere to PPE, SOPs, and safety training.
• -Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• -Attitude of world-class quality, attention to detail, and dedication.
• -Strong communication in a highly technical environment.
• -Mathematical and analytical skills to define problems and analyze data.
• -Ability to derive inventory requirements from Bills of Materials.
• -Ability to earn trust and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
• -Must be able to operate forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve by evaluating and escalating roadblocks identified in a role that can cause downstream defects.
• Support root cause analysis and provide detailed problem solving.
• Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, EPJs, reach-trucks and turret-trucks.
• Receive shipments and unload deliveries from carriers.
• Inspect shipments for conformance to SOP.
• Perform quality control checks per part number and process accordingly.
• Document receipts and close out receipts/work orders in the system.
• Data entry in inventory management tool tied to physical deliveries.
• Identify packaging needs and properly wrap/store parts.
• Sort and stage packages to prevent loss and ensure secure handling.
• Label and mark parts with identifiers per SOP.
• Store and audit parts as per SOP.
