Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating various types of forklifts and powered industrial trucks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, material requests, and warehouse instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Strong mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and move materials as required.
• Transport raw materials, packaging components, finished goods, and inventory.
• Stage materials for production according to work orders and schedules.
• Load, unload, and transfer materials between locations.
• Maintain accurate records of material movements and inventory transactions.
• Inspect forklifts before each shift and report issues.
