Job summary

Marvin in Louisville, KY seeks a Warehouse Associate to own the warehouse, organize products, manage inventory, and support project teams with timely material deliveries. You will load and unload deliveries and perform material runs.

The role requires basic computer skills and experience with inventory software; you should be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate in varying temperatures; overtime may be required. Marvin offers health insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs., stand 6 hours per day, climb ladders/scaffolding/stairs, kneel.
• Able to work overtime and in varying warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring materials flow smoothly.
• Perform material runs to active jobsites and restock inventory locally.
• Organize products, maintain shipping/receiving area, and assist with inventory accuracy using Marvin's software.
• Assist in building maintenance, including snow removal and cleaning.
