Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a detail-oriented Operations associate in Tennessee to handle materials and product distribution within a distribution environment. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, inbound receipt audits, and daily cross-functional collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with overtime as needed. Pay rate is $19.60 per hour, plus a full benefits package and opportunities to train on material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience
• Customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for an entire shift

Responsibilities

• Researches and resolves count variances to ensure accurate inventory records
• Communicates daily with clients via email to address questions
• Audits and verifies inbound receipt documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Processes inventory moves and adjustments per client request
• Works with departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy for daily tasks
• Participates in and runs client inventory audits
• On-call to support weekend operations
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment
• Equipment includes cherry picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, scissor lift, walkie rider
