Job summary

Lowe's is hiring for a role in United States operations. The associate will pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while keeping areas clean and safe.

You will deliver service by selecting quality items, answering questions, and linking customers with the right Lowe's associates. The position requires safety-certified operation of powered equipment and attention to inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification required or must be obtained if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Pursue daily goals with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
