Job summary

PumpMan, a Harrington Company, is a leading provider of pump systems and on-site maintenance, serving commercial and municipal markets with a nationwide footprint. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking, order processing, and shipping in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic PC skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Forklift experience is preferred and may be required for certain tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift driving experience preferred.
• Basic PC skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive ordered materials from vendors and other branches, verify against packing slip, and report discrepancies.
• Enter information about received materials into the computer system, stock items, and forward paperwork to the office.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment or service, pull from stock, package, and ship or hold will-call orders.
• Schedule and coordinate pickups/deliveries with shipping vendors or customers and inform customers when orders are ready for pickup.
• Process returns and verify if materials can be restocked, then route information to Inside Sales or Branch Manager for approval.
