Job summary

PumpMan is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Phoenix, AZ area team. The role involves receiving, stocking, and packing orders, coordinating pickups and deliveries, and processing customer transactions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift driving experience is preferred.
• Basic personal computer skills, email, and office software (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Receive ordered materials from vendors and branches, verify quantities, and report discrepancies.
• Enter information into the computer system and stock materials.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment or service, prioritize and package items.
• Coordinate pickups/deliveries with shipping vendors and customers.
• Process walk-in orders, verify discounts, collect payments as needed.
• Handle returned materials, assess credit worthiness, and re-stock accordingly.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and maintain clean warehouse areas.
